Zusammenfassung:	A self-powered flow-regulating and pressure-regulating intelligent device of a shaftless generator. The device comprises a power generation system, a monitoring system and a regulation and control execution system, wherein the power generation system is a shaftless generator (2), the monitoring system is an intelligent RTU system, and the regulation and control execution system is a built-in driving piston valve (3); the shaftless generator (2) is connected to the built-in driving piston valve (3), and generates power by using residual pressure and energy which are formed during a flow-regulating and pressure-regulating process and using shaftless power generation technology, thereby providing a stable output power source for real-time monitoring and control; and the intelligent RTU system is integrated with a control policy library of a simulation model, and collects an operation state and a hydraulic parameter of a valve in real time, thereby performing intelligent adjustment and distributed control on the
