| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a serpentine joint, a surgical instrument, and an endoscope, the serpentine joint having at least one degree of freedom and comprises at least one joint connector, and the joint connector comprises a first joint, a second joint and a limiting mechanism; the first joint and the second joint are hinged by means of the limiting mechanism and form at least a pair of hinge axes, and at least one pair of the hinge axes are not collinear. The surgical instrument or endoscope comprises an instrument end, and the instrument end comprises a serpentine joint. The present invention shortens the length of a serpentine joint while ensuring that the serpentine joint has a relatively large range of motion, thereby reducing the difficulty of surgical operations.
