Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for providing information about the risk of atherosclerotic cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. The method according to the present invention enables early and effective selection of a high-risk group of atherosclerotic cardio-cerebrovascular diseases through a combination of the risks of the presence of blood cell mutants and an LDL-cholesterol index, which are obtained from a biological sample isolated from a subject. Therefore, the method can maximize atherosclerotic cardio-cerebrovascular disease prevention effects.
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour fournir des informations concernant le risque de maladies cardiovasculaires athérosclérotiques. Le procédé selon la présente invention permet une sélection précoce et efficace d'un groupe à haut risque de maladies cardio-cérébrovasculaires athérosclérotiques par une combinaison des risques de la présence de mutants des cellules sanguines et d'un indice de cholestérol LDL, ceux-ci étant obtenus à partir d'un échantillon biologique isolé chez un sujet.
