Zusammenfassung:	Presently described are capsules comprising a phase change material encapsulated in a shell material wherein both the phase change material and shell material are biodegradable and/or compostable. In some embodiments, the shell is a crosslinked polyacid salt material. Methods of making capsules, packaging articles comprising encapsulated phase change material, and methods of making packaging articles are also described. La présente invention décrit des capsules comprenant un matériau à changement de phase encapsulé dans un matériau de coque, le matériau à changement de phase et le matériau de coque étant tous les deux biodégradables et/ou compostables. Selon certains modes de réalisation, la coque est un matériau à base de sel de polyacide réticulé. Des procédés de fabrication des capsules, des articles d'emballage comprenant le matériau à changement de phase encapsulé, et des procédés de fabrication des articles d'emballage, sont également décrits.
