Zusammenfassung:	Provided are a cadmium-reducing biologically modified ceramsite and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, immersing ceramsite in a 1.5-2.5% glutaraldehyde solution, then washing, sterilizing and drying to obtain sterile ceramsite; firstly, preparing a bacterial suspension I of a cadmium-resistant functional strain having a concentration of ≥1×108CFU/mL, centrifuging the bacterial suspension I and then removing a supernatant, and adding a saline solution in thallus precipitates to resuspend a thallus to form a bacterial suspension II having an OD of 0.9-1.1; mixing the sterile ceramsite with the bacterial suspension II and then oscillating and drying same; and after drying, mixing the ceramsite with the bacterial suspension II again and then oscillating and drying same to obtain cadmium-reducing biologically modified ceramsite. The cadmium-reducing biologically modified ceramsite may be used for solving the problem of cadmium contamination in water, and h
