The present invention relates to a foreign body removing apparatus and a dehydration system comprising same, the foreign body removing apparatus comprising a housing and a magnetic separation part. The housing has an entrance, through which livestock manure enters, formed on one side thereof, and an exit, through which the livestock manure is discharged, formed on the other side thereof. The magnetic separation part is coupled to the exit side of the housing so as to filter out foreign bodies from the passing livestock manure by using a magnetic force of a permanent magnet that is provided thereto.
