A chloroprene polymer which has a structural unit derived from chloroprene and a structural unit derived from an unsaturated nitrile, wherein: the 1H-NMR spectrum of this chloroprene polymer as determined in a deuterated chloroform solvent has peak tops at 5.80 to 6.00 ppm and at 5.10 to 5.30 ppm; with respect to the 1H-NMR spectrum, the peak area ratio of the peak area A of 5.80 to 6.00 ppm to the peak area B of 4.05 to 6.20 ppm, namely A/B is from 0.9/100 to 1.1/100; the peak area A, the peak area B and the peak area C of 5.10 to 5.30 ppm satisfy formula (C - 2A)/B ≤ 2.0/100; and the content of the structural unit derived from an unsaturated nitrile is more than 0% by mass but not more than 23% by mass. L'invention concerne un polymère de chloroprène qui possède une unité structurale dérivée d'un chloroprène, et une unité structurale dérivée d'un nitrile insaturé. Ce polymère de chloroprène présente un sommet de pic entre ５,８０ et ６,００ｐｐｍ et entre ５,１０ et ５,３０ｐｐｍ dans un spectre １Ｈ－ＮＭＲ mesuré dans un solvant de chloroforme deutéré, et présente un rapport de surface de pic (A/B) entre une surface de pic (A) de ５,８０ à ６,００ｐｐｍ et une surface de pic (B) de ４,０５ à ６,２０ｐｐｍ dans le spectre １Ｈ－ＮＭＲ, compris entre ０,９／１００ et １,１／１００. La surface de pic (A), la surface de pic (B) et une surface de pic (C) de ５,１０ à ５,３０ｐｐｍ, satisfont la formule 「（Ｃ－２Ａ）／Ｂ ≦ ２,０／１００」.
