Zusammenfassung:A bowl filter cartridge has an annular trap to catch and collect any contaminant, debris, or unfiltered fuel remaining in the filter housing during filter service. This prevents material being collected in the trap from being transferred to the clean side of a new filter, thereby reducing engine exposure. Une cartouche de filtre à bol comporte un piège annulaire pour attraper et collecter tout contaminant, débris ou combustible non filtré restant dans le boîtier de filtre pendant un service de filtre. Ceci empêche le matériau collecté dans le piège d'être transféré vers le côté propre d'un nouveau filtre, ce qui permet de réduire l'exposition du moteur.
