Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to: a kit for monitoring tuberculosis treatment efficiency, the kit comprising a means for amplifying 16S rRNA of Mycobacterium tuberculosis; a method therefor; and a primer probe used therefor. The present invention makes it possible to monitor tuberculosis treatment efficiency by checking the expression pattern of the 16S rRNA gene expressed by Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the sputum of a tuberculosis patient who has begun treatment. La présente invention concerne les éléments suivants : un kit pour le suivi de l'efficacité du traitement antituberculeux, le kit comprenant un moyen d'amplification de l'ARNr 16S de Mycobacterium tuberculosis ; un procédé associé ; et une sonde amorce utilisée à cet effet. La présente invention permet de faire le suivi de l'efficacité du traitement antituberculeux en vérifiant le profil d'expression du gène de l'ARNr 16S exprimé par Mycobacterium tuberculosis dans les expectorations d'un patient tuberculeux ayant débuté un traitement. 본 발명은 결핵균 16S rRNA를 증폭할 수 있는 수단을 포함하는 결핵 치료효율 모니터링용 키트, 그 방법 및 그에 사용되는 프라이머 및 포로브에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 치료를 시작한 결핵환자의 객담에서 결핵균이 발현하는 16S rRNA 유전자 발현 양상을 확인하여 결핵 치료효율 모니터링이 가능하다.
