Zusammenfassung:A novel class of ionizable lipid compounds as well as lipid nanoparticles comprising said ionizable lipid compounds is provided. Advantageously, upon hydrolysis of an internal ester bond, which is likely to occur under typical in vivo conditions, a zwitterionic lipid structure is obtained, which is no longer capable of complexing a nucleic acid, which will thus be released from the lipid nanoparticle and subsequently is able to perform its therapeutic function. L'invention concerne une nouvelle classe de composés lipidiques ionisables ainsi que des nanoparticules lipidiques comprenant lesdits composés lipidiques ionisables. Avantageusement, lors de l'hydrolyse d'une liaison ester interne, qui est susceptible de se produire dans des conditions typiques in vivo, une structure lipidique zwittérionique est obtenue, qui n'est plus capable de complexer un acide nucléique, qui sera ainsi libérée de la nanoparticule lipidique et est ensuite capable d'effectuer sa fonction thérapeutique.
