The present invention provides a cell and a battery module. The cell comprises a body and a measurement assembly connected to the body. The measurement assembly comprises: a power supply assembly configured to supply power; a nanosensor electrically connected to the power supply assembly and configured to measure target measurement data of the body; and a wireless communication module, the power supply assembly supplying power to the wireless communication module, the wireless communication module being configured to receive the target measurement data of the nanosensor, and the wireless communication module being communicationally connected to an external communication device to output the target measurement data measured by the nanosensor to the communication device.
