FLUE GAS WASTE HEAT AND CONDENSATE WATER RECOVERY SYSTEM FOR GAS-FIRED HOT WATER BOILER

A flue gas waste heat and condensate water recovery system for a gas-fired hot water boiler, comprising: a screw heat pump unit (1), a heat exchanger (2), a variable frequency fan (3), a baffle plate demister (4), and a water replenishment tank (5). The screw heat pump unit (1) is connected to heating pipes (8, 9) and is also connected to heat exchange pipes (10, 11) of the heat exchanger (2); the heat exchanger (2) and the baffle plate demister (4) are disposed in a flue gas passage; the variable frequency fan (3) is disposed at the exit of the flue gas passage, and a bypass flue (13) is provided at the entrance of the flue gas passage; the bottom of the flue gas passage is provided with a condensate water pipe (12) connected to the water replenishment tank (5); the water replenishment tank (5) is provided with a feeding device (7); and a replenishment water pump (6) is connected to the replenishment water tank (5) and a heating pipe network water replenishment system.
