METHOD FOR PREPARING JACKFRUIT SEED FEED

A method for preparing a jackfruit seed feed, which relates to the technical field of feed processing, characterized in that the method comprises the following steps: S1, pretreating jackfruit seeds; S2, performing enzymolysis; S3, adding a leavening agent; S4, fermenting same; S5, preparing a wet fermentation feed; and S6, preparing a dry fermentation feed. Compared with the prior art, by-products of fruit processing are reasonably used. After jackfruit seeds are subjected to enzymolysis, starch is converted into maltose and other small molecular carbohydrate substances, and protein is partially decomposed into peptides and amino acids, so that the product is suitable for liquid-state fermentation, digestion and absorption of multiple composite strains; and the final prepared feed is rich in nutrition and promotes digestion and absorption.
