By means of the construction of a mechanical arm with a limiting function and capable of folding and unfolding inward and outward, the actions of prying, grabbing, and quickly releasing plug seedlings can be executed, and the adjustably connected support frames (2) are used for implementing the movable adjustment of the clamping opening degree and angle.
