La presente invención se refiere a composiciones obtenidas a partir del cultivo de microorganismos y la posterior eliminación de dichos cultivos de microorganismos del medio de cultivo, y al uso de dichas composiciones para la modificación de la microbiota de sustratos. La présente invention concerne des compositions obtenues à partir de la culture de micro-organismes et de l'élimination de ces cultures de micro-organismes, du milieu de culture, et l'utilisation de ces compositions pour modifier le microbiote de substrats.
