The fabric clip comprises a bottom plate, wherein an L-shaped clamping frame is disposed on the bottom plate; the L-shaped clamping frame and the bottom plate form an opening portion and a tail portion connected to the end of the opening portion; a cutter clip body is arranged at the opening portion; a push rod is arranged on the top of the cutter clip body; the push rod and the L-shaped clamping frame are connected by means of a pin; a hanging rib is arranged on the L-shaped clamping frame; the hanging rib is located between the pin and the tail portion; the hanging rib and the push rod are connected by means of a spring; and two ends of the spring are movably connected to the hanging rib and the push rod respectively.
