| Zusammenfassung: | The present application relates to the technical field of traffic shaping, and provides a traffic shaping method and device, used for improving traffic shaping precision. A shaping step size is stored in the device, and the shaping step size is the granularity of traffic shaping. The device comprises a calculation module and a control module. The calculation module is used for obtaining a first rate, the first rate being related to the shaping step size and a user demand rate; the first rate being an integer multiple shaping step size closest to the user demand rate. The control module is used for adding a token to a token bucket according to the first rate.
