The invention furthermore pertains to removal of the coating layer using a targeted cleaning composition. L'invention concerne une composition de revêtement biodégradable, comprenant un amidon réticulé et une charge, et éventuellement un plastifiant polyol, ainsi que des structures extérieures telles que des serres, comprenant une couche de revêtement obtenue par séchage de ladite composition de revêtement. L'invention concerne en outre l'élimination de la couche de revêtement à l'aide d'une composition de nettoyage ciblée.
