Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a microneedle patch system for continuously administering a large amount of drug to the skin. A microneedle patch provided by one aspect of the present invention may have increased drug content per unit area (1 cm2) to maximum of 100 mg unlike existing microneedles and thus has a higher drug content per unit area than an existing transdermal absorption agent, and is capable of delivering the drug into the body for a short time (within 24 hours) and a long time (approximately three days or more) via micropores formed by means of microneedles. La présente invention concerne un système de patch à micro-aiguilles pour administrer en continu une grande quantité de médicament à la peau. Un patch à micro-aiguilles selon un aspect de la présente invention peut présenter une teneur en médicament accrue par unité de surface (1 cm2) jusqu'à un maximum de 100 mg contrairement à des micro-aiguilles existantes et présente ainsi une teneur en médicament plus élevée par unité de surface qu'un agent d'absorption transdermique existant, et est capable d'administrer le médicament dans le corps sur une courte durée (en 24 heures) et une longue durée (approximativement trois jours ou plus) via des micropores formés au moyen de micro-aiguilles. 본 발명은 피부로 고용량의 약물을 지속적으로 투여하기 위한 마이크로니들 패치 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 측면에서 제공하는 마이크로니들 패치는, 기존 마이크로니들과 다르게 단위면적(1 cm2)당 약물의 함량을 최대 100 mg까지 증량시킬 수 있어 기존 경피흡수제 대비 단위면적당 약물의 함량이 더 높고, 마이크로니들에 의해 발생한 미세 기공을 통해 단기간(24시간 이내) 뿐만 아니라 장기간(약 3일 이상) 약물의 체내 전달이 가능한 효과가 있다.
