La présente invention concerne des composés de formule (I), dans laquelle X représente Cl ou Br. Selon la présente invention, ces composés ont une activité anti-cholinestérase. La présente invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant les composés de la présente invention, et l'application des composés de la présente invention pour le traitement de la maladie d'Alzheimer.
