Zusammenfassung:	A method and a device for determining a psychological counseling training scheme. Said method comprises: acquiring, by means of interactive inquiry with a user, training feeling data of the user after each psychological counseling training (S202); inputting the training feeling data into a first classification model, identifying a training result of the user after each psychological counseling training by means of the first classification model, and counting training results of the user in the current training period (S204); and determining a training scheme for the user in a next training period according to the training results of the user in the current training period (S206). The present invention solves the problem that conducting psychological counseling on users by means of a robot psychologist according to a preset counseling flow cannot satisfy the personalized requirements of different users, resulting in an undesirable counseling result.
