Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to the field of application of peptide antibiotics, and provides a lanthipeptide LichencinA3, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. A biosynthetic gene cluster of the lanthipeptide LichencinA3 is derived from mining of a bacillus licheniformis public database; namely, a mined lanthipeptide precursor peptide LicA3 gene, a synthetase LicMB gene, and a peptidase domain LicT150 gene are co-transformed to a competent cell E.coli BL21(DE3) to construct a co-expression strain, and the co-expression strain is subjected to heterologous expression to obtain the lanthipeptide LichencinA3. The lanthipeptide LichencinA3 has a broad-spectrum bactericidal function, and not only has a strong inhibition effect on Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, but also can inhibit Gram-negative pathogenic bacteria, such as Sphingomonas and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
