An access control system comprising: a model managing unit for managing, as a model, a series of tasks related to supply; a case data managing unit for managing, as case data, an implementation history of the tasks related to the supply; an implementing facility data managing unit for managing, as implementing facility data, identifying information of a facility for performing the tasks in association with identifying information of a case; an affiliated facility managing unit for managing a facility a performer of the tasks is affiliated with; and an access control unit which, upon receiving an access from the performer of the tasks, refers to the implementing facility data and permits the access with respect to a case associated with the facility the performer is affiliated with. With this configuration, it is possible to perform detailed access control with respect to a series of tasks related to supply.
