Zusammenfassung:A distributed optical fiber sensing technique-based device and method for swell monitoring. The device comprises buoys (1), a Kevlar disturbance monitoring optical cable (2), mass blocks (3), an optical fiber demodulation system (4), and a signal transmission optical cable (5). The Kevlar disturbance monitoring optical cable (2) is connected to the buoys (1) and the mass blocks (3). The signal transmission optical cable (5) is connected to the Kevlar disturbance monitoring optical cable (2) and the optical fiber demodulation system (4). A connecting cable (6) is anchored to a rock mass and connects the multiple buoys (1) in series. The buoys (1) float within an area of water in which a potential landslide is found. The mass blocks (3) are suspended in water. The optical fiber demodulation system (4) is used for signal demodulation in the Kevlar disturbance monitoring optical cable (2).
