ZERO STEAM CONSUMPTION DEAERATION SYSTEM

The present invention provides a zero steam consumption deaeration system, comprising: a membrane deaeration apparatus comprising a plurality of membrane deaerators, each membrane deaerator comprising a pipe body, a water inlet and a water outlet being provided at two ends of each pipe body, respectively, on the water inlet and water outlet sides of each pipe body being also provided with a vacuum port and/or an air blowing port, respectively, and a hollow fiber membrane being provided in each pipe body; a heat control device comprising a heat exchange unit connected to the membrane deaeration apparatus to provide heat for deaerated water output by the membrane deaeration apparatus; and a control unit communicated with the heat exchange unit to control the heat exchange unit to keep the deaerated water output by the membrane deaeration apparatus at a set temperature level and control dissolved oxygen at a set value.
