Zusammenfassung: | A 3-aryl-6-aralkyl-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridazine compound, having the structure as shown in formula I. γ, δ-unsaturated N-aryl sulfonyl substituted hydrazone is subjected to a cyclization rearrangement reaction by means of a light and ruthenium complex catalysis method to prepare the 3-aryl-6-aralkyl-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridazine compound. The prepared 3-aryl-6-aralkyl-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridazine compound has a specific compound structure. The preparation method has the advantages of high yield, short synthetic route, environment-friendliness, simple post-treatment and wide substrate applicability, and effectively overcomes the defects in existing synthetic routes of large substrate limitation, troublesome post-treatment and the like.
