The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mask that facilitates nasal breathing and that is unlikely to steam a face of a user and that enables suppression of interference of a mounting portion with the face. A mask 1 includes: a mouth covering portion 2 shaped like a cloth and covering a part of a face of a wearer, the part being located below the nose and including the mouth, the periphery of the mouth, and the chin; and a mounting portion 3 for mounting the mouth covering portion 2 on the face of the wearer. The mouth covering portion 2 is shaped generally like a crescent moon and like a plane in front view and includes an upper side portion 21 and a lower side portion 22, and when the mouth covering portion 2 is mounted, the upper side portion 21 passes over a face part below the nose and above the mouth and forms a circular arc protruding downward, and the lower side portion 22 passes over a lower side of the chin in front view and forms a circular arc protruding downward. The mounting portion 3 includes ear hook portions 3a having a ring shape and connected to lateral connection portions 23 respectively of the upper side portion 21 and the lower side portions 22 of the mouth covering portion 2, and the ears are placed through the ear hook portions 3a to fix the mouth covering portion 2 to the face.
