The sealing device comprises: a skeleton (30); and a sealing part, which, taken as a whole, is of an annular structure, the sealing part comprising an elastic part (10) and a plastic part (20), and the elastic part (10) being fixed to the skeleton (30). After the sealing device is arranged between a bearing inner ring (50) and a bearing outer ring (40), the plastic part (20) and the bearing inner ring (50) form contact sealing, the elastic part (10) and the plastic part (20) are relatively fixed, and in the radial direction, at least part of the plastic part (20) is arranged between the bearing inner ring (50) and the elastic part (10).
