Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a use of polypyrimidine-tract-binding protein silencer combined with retinoic acid and purmorphamine in the preparation of a medication for repairing spinal cord injuries, being related to the technical field of biomedicine. In the present invention, a virus is used in vitro to silence polypyrimidine-tract-binding protein (PTB), and small molecules retinoic acid (RA) and purmorphamine (PMA) related to motor neuron differentiation are added in combination, thereby successfully reprogramming mouse spinal cord reactive astrocytes into motor neurons, and facilitating the research on the effect of PTB combined small molecule reprogramming strategies in the repair after spinal cord injuries, thus allowing for better spinal cord injury repair and functional reconstruction.
