The present invention also refers to the method for obtaining the extracellular vesicles. Finally, the clinical applications of the EVs in cellular therapy, in particular for the treatment of autoimmune diseases and ischemic diseases are also contemplated. La présente invention concerne des vésicules extracellulaires (EV) isolées à partir de cellules stromales mésenchymateuses génétiquement modifiées pour surexprimer HIF-1α et hTERT (MSC-T-HIF). La présente invention concerne également le procédé d'obtention desdites vésicules extracellulaires. Enfin, l'invention concerne également les applications cliniques desdites EV en thérapie cellulaire, en particulier pour le traitement de maladies auto-immunes et de maladies ischémiques.
