The tool comprises: a motor (201); a battery pack (203) which provides a power supply; a switching circuit (202) which outputs a power-on signal or a power-off signal; a first switching device (204) used for controlling the powerup state of the motor; a second switching device (Q1) used for driving the motor to rotate; and a controller (205) which is electrically connected to at least the first switching device (204), the switching circuit (202), and the second switching device (Q1). The controller (205) is configured to: when detecting a power-on signal, control the first switching device (204) and the second switching device (Q1) to control, in a first working mode, the motor to rotate; and when detecting a power-off signal, control the first switching device (204) and the second switching device (Q1) to control, in a second working mode, the motor to rotate.
