Zusammenfassung: | Provided are a cell barcode microbead containing a frameshift base, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The cell barcode microbead comprises a microbead body and a nucleic acid sequence structure marked on the body and having a cell barcode sequence. Frameshift base sequences having different lengths of different types of cell barcode microbeads are inserted at 5' terminals of cell barcode sequences, such that the base distribution balance of a single-cell sequencing library during sequencing can be realized, thereby improving sequencing quality and reducing sequencing cost.
