The method comprises: acquiring video data (S101); processing the video data, so as to acquire an L image signal and an R image signal (S102); performing time domain analysis on the L image signal and the R image signal, calculating a fuzzy value of an L image and a fuzzy value of an R image, and on the basis of a comparison result between the fuzzy values and a pre-set threshold value, determining whether the L image and the R image meet an image normal standard (S103); in response to both the L image and the R image meeting the image normal standard, processing the L image signal and the R image signal, so as to generate a 3D image for output (S104); and in response to one of the L image and the R image meeting the image normal standard, by means of an image signal corresponding to the image that meets the image normal standard, forming a 2D image for output (S105).
