A pharmaceutical composition according to one embodiment has excellent biocompatibility, can deliver gene therapeutic agents and the like with high efficiency, thereby having excellent cancer prevention or treatment effects, and has excellent cancer prevention or treatment effects even if used in combination with anticancer agents and/or radiation therapy. La présente invention concerne une composition visant à prévenir ou traiter le cancer, contenant des nanoparticules lipidiques.
