With ability to inhibit the TGF-β-induced signaling pathway or the expression of TGF-β, the peptide of the present invention can treat or prevent various diseases caused by TGF-β signaling and furthermore can effectively inhibit the TGF-β signaling-induced tumorigenesis such as tumor growth and metastasis.
La présente invention concerne un nouveau peptide pouvant inhiber la signalisation du TGF-β et son utilisation. Le peptide selon la présente invention a la capacité d'inhiber la voie de signalisation induite par TGF-β ou l'expression de TGF-β, peut traiter ou prévenir diverses maladies provoquées par la signalisation du TGF-β et peut en outre inhiber de manière efficace la tumorigenèse induite par la signalisation du TGF-β, telle qu'une croissance tumorale et une métastase.
