Provided is a golf swing training apparatus providing sensation of actual hitting for a golf swing training. The golf swing training apparatus comprises: a shaft body formed in a predetermined length, having a handle and a stopper respectively formed on both end parts in the length direction, and having a metal area formed from a metal material on one handle-side part; an impact ball having a plurality of insertion slots and coupled to be movable along the length direction of the shaft body, so as to move in the direction opposite from the handle by means of the centrifugal force of swinging of the shaft body, be stopped by the stopper and provide weight for generating the sensation of actual hitting; and a plurality of magnets detachably coupled to one or more insertion slots of the impact ball to provide a magnetic force and restrain the impact ball to the metal area by means of the attractive force to the metal area, wherein the strength of the attractive force can be adjusted by varying the strength of the magnetic force in accordance with the number of magnets coupled to the insertion slots.
