Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a method for manufacturing glass soot, in which glass particles are accumulated through a vapor phase synthesis method by using a coaxial multi-tube burner. The coaxial multi-tube burner is provided with three flame formation ports. The flow rates of the gases discharged from the other outlets of the coaxial multi-tube burner are determined on the basis of the flow rate at a second inert gas outlet in a central port. The raw material yield can be increased when manufacturing the glass soot using the coaxial multi-tube burner.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de suie de verre, dans lequel des particules de verre sont accumulées par un procédé de synthèse en phase vapeur à l'aide d'un brûleur à tubes multiples coaxiaux. Le brûleur à tubes multiples coaxiaux est pourvu de trois orifices de formation de flamme. Les débits des gaz évacués à partir des autres sorties du brûleur à tubes multiples coaxiaux sont déterminés sur la base du débit au niveau d'une seconde sortie de gaz inerte dans un orifice central. Le rendement en matière première peut être augmenté lors de la fabrication de la suie de verre à l'aide du brûleur à tubes multiples coaxiaux.
