METHOD FOR SEPARATION AND REUSE OF PYROLYSIS OIL FROM WASTE CIRCUIT BOARDS AND ELECTRONIC COMPONENT PACKAGING MATERIALS

Provided is a method for separation and reuse of pyrolysis oil from waste circuit boards and electronic component packaging materials, comprising the following steps: crushing waste circuit boards and electronic component packaging materials, then separating metallic and non-metallic components; using a debromination agent, performing debromination pyrolysis of sorted non-metallic powder under an inert gas atmosphere; condensing the pyrolysis product by means of controlling the temperature, and adjusting the range of condensation temperature according to the composition of the pyrolysis oil, to achieve separation of the pyrolysis oil and obtain separated components in different condensation temperature intervals; using a mixture, with formaldehyde, of the separated components obtained in the lowest condensation temperature range, synthesizing an oil-based resin under the catalytic action of hydrochloric acid.
