The present disclosure provides an organic light-emitting display substrate and a display apparatus. The organic light-emitting display substrate comprises a base, a driving circuit layer located on the base, and a light-emitting device located on the side of the driving circuit layer away from the substrate. The light-emitting device comprises a first electrode layer, and the first electrode layer comprises a plurality of first electrode patterns separated from each other. The organic light-emitting display substrate further comprises a reflective metal layer, and the reflective metal layer is insulated from the first electrode layer. The orthographic projection of each reflective metal pattern overlaps the orthographic projection of at least two first electrode patterns on the base.
