Zusammenfassung: | Involved are a biomarker for preoperative identification of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, and a kit and an application thereof. The level of 17 metabolites in the peripheral blood plasma of a thyroid nodule patient is measured by means of metabolomics analysis, and by combining omics analysis and a machine learning method, a diagnosis model is constructed and a receiver operating curve (ROC) is used to evaluate the thyroid cancer diagnosis efficacy. The area of a metabolic marker combination diagnosis model consisting of the foregoing metabolites under the ROC in thyroid nodule diagnosis can reach 95.05%, and the sensitivity and the specificity both are higher than 88%, and therefore, the model can be applied to the identification of the benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
