Zusammenfassung:	A nailing type retinal hole sealer and an implant. The nailing type retinal hole sealer (100) comprises a hydrophobic body portion (110), a fixed tip portion (120), and an electrode handle portion (130). The outer peripheral surface of the hydrophobic body portion (110) is connected to a plurality of hydrophobic branches (111). The plurality of hydrophobic branches (111) can be adhered to the hydrophobic liquid to form a hydrophobic liquid mass (112). The fixed tip portion (120) can be connected to the retina, and is connected to a first end of the hydrophobic body portion (110). The electrode handle portion (130) is connected to a second end of the hydrophobic body portion (110). According to the present invention, an oil-water incompatibility principle is utilized, so that a plurality of hydrophobic branches can well form a hydrophobic liquid mass at the edge of the retinal hole, so as to prevent liquid in a vitreous chamber from flowing into the retina, and thus the surgical objective of sealing the retina
