Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a spandex oil agent that has flame retardant properties and flame-retardant spandex fibers based on same, which belong to the technical field of the spandex oil agents for dry spinning. The spandex oil agent that has flame retardant properties of the present invention comprises the following components by weight percentage: 40%-80% of chlorinated paraffin oil, 20%-40% of modified silicone oil, 8%-15% of a flame retardant, 1%-5% of an antistatic agent, and 1%-5% of a dispersant. The sum of the percentages of the foregoing components is 100% in total according to weight percentage. By means of using the spandex oil agent that has flame retardant properties of the present invention for dry spinning of spandex fibers, flame-retardant spandex fibers can be prepared.
