Zusammenfassung:	Embodiments of the present application provide a bogie system for a rail vehicle and the rail vehicle. The bogie system comprises a bogie and a bogie compartment, wherein the bogie compartment comprises a compartment body assembly; the compartment body assembly comprises a main compartment plate and two side compartment plates; the two side compartment plates are fixed on two sides of the main compartment plate, and a concave cavity used for accommodating the bogie of the rail vehicle is enclosed by the side compartment plates and the main compartment plate; an inner side of the main compartment plate is fixed to a front side or a rear side of the bogie so as to separate the front side or the rear side of the bogie from the outside; and inner sides of the two side compartment plates are fixed to a side of the bogie so as to separate the side of the bogie from the outside.
