Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are an LED display screen power supply system and an LED display screen. The LED display screen power supply system comprises at least three LED display boxes, which are tiled in M rows and N columns, wherein M and N are both positive integers, and M ≥ 2 and N ≥ 2. Any one of the at least three LED display boxes is respectively electrically connected to adjacent LED display boxes, and at least two LED display boxes are respectively used for electrically connecting to a voltage source. In the LED display screen power supply system provided in the embodiments of the present application, each LED display box is electrically connected to all adjacent LED display boxes, and at least two LED display boxes are connected to a voltage source, such that redundant power supply for the LED display boxes is realized, and thus, even if some lines are faulty, power can still be supplied normally and continuously to the LED display boxes after the faulty lines, thereby ensuring the normal working of the LED display
