PLANETARY SPEED REDUCER

A planetary speed reducer according to the present invention comprises: a sun gear; an internal tooth gear; planetary gears engaged with the sun gear and the internal tooth gear; and carrier plates that hold the planetary gears. At a place where the side surface of a carrier plate closer to the input shaft, among the carrier plate closer to the input shaft and a carrier plate closer to an output shaft, abuts against another member, an annular member is disposed on the side surface of the carrier plate closer to the input shaft or the side surface of the other member, or between the side surface of the carrier plate closer to the input shaft and the side surface of the other member.
