A moving structure comprises a moving-or-fixing sleeve (14), a driven gear (15), a rotating rod (16), a bottom roller (17), a driving gear (18), a connecting rod (19), a bottom bidirectional screw (20) and a moving motor (22). A transverse clamping structure comprises a side-edge leadscrew (12), a side-edge telescopic rod (11), a side-edge pressing plate (10), a connecting plate (2), a clamping-and-fixing sleeve (24) and a side-edge motor (23). A longitudinal clamping structure comprises a hydraulic cylinder (5), a side-edge chute (4), a side-edge sliding block (3), a top fixing plate (26), an internal spring (25) and a top pressing plate (9). The connecting plate (2) is used such that it facilitates the device in pushing and unloading a defective raw material and then separate the defective raw material.
