The wind power generation mechanism comprises a wind power generation pole (3), a central rotating shaft (2), several wind power generation fan blades (1) and a wind power generation battery pack. A solar power generation mechanism is configured on a side portion of the street lamp pole (4) and comprises a solar power generation supporting rod (5) and solar power generation panels (6). One end of the solar power generation supporting rod (5) is fixedly connected to a side face of the street lamp pole (4), and the top face of the solar power generation supporting rod (5) is fixedly connected to the middle part of the bottom face of each of the solar power generation panels (6).
