PREPARATION METHOD FOR EPOXY RESIN CLEANING ADHESIVE, AND APPLICATION THEREOF

Disclosed in the present invention is a preparation method for an epoxy resin cleaning adhesive, comprising four steps of preparing a base adhesive, preparing an oil material, preparing a kneaded adhesive, and preparing a cleaning adhesive. The swelling effect of an oligomer PTMEG on a cured epoxy resin is utilized; the swollen epoxy resin is subjected to penetration stripping in combination with high penetrability of small molecular alcohol amines; finally, by means of the adhesion effect of the base adhesive, the cured epoxy resin is removed and cleaned, and the cleaning effect is good. Also disclosed in the present invention is an application of the epoxy resin cleaning adhesive in cleaning of residual epoxy resin for molding and curing in a metal mold.
