Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to the technical field of plant protection experiments, and in particular relates to an evaluation and analysis method for preventing and controlling fusarium verticillioides of mazie by means of chitin-enhanced trichoderma. The method comprises the following steps: performing inoculation of fusarium verticillioides samples under a sterile condition; performing inoculation of trichoderma and fusarium verticillioides samples under a sterile condition and trichoderma and fusarium verticillioides samples under a natural condition; performing quantitative analysis of the number of fungi; performing soil cultivation of maize seedlings; performing inoculation of fungal spores; and determining and analyzing the enzyme activity of soil. The method has guiding significance for the application of chitin and trichoderma in the prevention and control of germs in maize.
