Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a preparation method for a toughened and reinforced polypropylene composite material, comprising the following steps: S1. using a mixer to uniformly mix polypropylene, an impact modifier, a compatibilizer, a release agent, and an antioxidant, feeding the uniformly mixed materials into a main feeding port of a twin-screw extruder and subjecting the mixture to conveyance, melting plasticization, and intense shearing and kneading by means of the screws to form a melted and homogenized fluidic composition, the main screw speed of the co-rotating twin-screw extruder being greater than or equal to 800 rpm; and S2. feeding a glass fiber from a middle section of the main machine to a lateral feeding port via a non-intermeshing co-rotating twin-screw extruder lateral feeder, and again subjecting the glass fiber and the fluidic composition from the upstream section together to shearing, kneading and dispersing, and quantitative extrusion molding, followed by processing to obtain a composition, the screw sp
